I have moved several times using a removal service and as a result approached this move with some anxiety. I should have had more confidence. The move was endlessly delayed (11 months) but was then arranged at short notice 5 days. The team arrived promptly, looked over my packing and immediately reassured me, the whole move out was done in about 2 hours, long wait for keys, then move in done in about 2 hours as well. They were polite, friendly, quite funny often, and endlessly patient. I hadn't seen the house in 11 months so had anticipated some items in the wrong place. Simply Removals were excellent and I would thoroughly recommend them. The two lads involved, Rich and Sean (I think, hope I got it right) were right on time, polite, respectful and careful throughout. We had a tricky house to move out of, including a loft conversion and some heavy, cumbersome furniture. They set to work quickly, were really careful and moved everything with no damage to either house or belongings. They followed all our instructions perfectly first time, and disassembled and re-assembled furniture easily and correctly. The removals was the smoothest and most efficient part of our move and they were an absolute pleasure to work with. Thanks very much. ~ Tom

Dan and Brad turned up on time and very extremely polite and professional. They worked tirelessly to move the contents of my house and despite having to wait a little while at the new house they were very patient. The move took longer than expected, due to the new house not being quite ready!!!, but they were very quick and efficient when we were given access. Can't praise highly enough - (don't be put off by Brad's youth - he was as a strong as an ox and both he and Dan have restored my faith in removal teams). I had a very bad experience in the past which made me very anxious this time around. Well done Dan and Brad - so grateful for your hard work and cheerfulness. :) ~ Jo-Ann M

I was a little worried initially as this company was quite a bit cheaper then every other quote I got, but this company and services were great!!! Not only did the quote come with a starter kit of boxes etc. but everything was included in price so I didn’t have to worry about the number of boxes or items of furniture I was moving. The lads turned up right on time, they were happy, friendly, and most of all professional and nothing was too much trouble. They got me moved super quick, with no stress or drama. I would 100% use this company again, and will be recommending them to anyone who needs a excellent moving company. ~ Adelle G

The attitude and general good humour of the guys was exceptional. It made the whole day nice and stress free. They moved our belongings with care and made great efforts to place everything where we wanted, despite our cottage having a challenging spiral staircase. All the heavy boxes, filing cabinets etc had to go up to the second floor and this was all done with cheery smiles. Despite being slightly put off by an online only quote, no visit, the explanation was entirely plausible and the resultant job was excellent and very good value. Thanks to all. ~ Peter C

Just wanted to say we had the best experience of a service we have ever had to pay for. The two guys that moved us were so efficient, professional and personable. So much so I wrote an email to the company telling them how much of a credit they are to their organisation. Couldn't recommend them higher. On a separate note the cost of the move was significantly lower than the other quotes I received. Our move included the taking down and rebuilding furniture at our new property which was a great service. If I could of given 10 stars I would have. ~ Leigh 8

Sean and Will were our mover team on our move from Warminster to South Wales and they were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, helpful beyond their normal duties and extremely friendly and polite. Whilst gathering quotes from the various removal companies, I wasn't entirely sure that Simply Removals Bristol would be as good as some of their competitors, because their prices were very good, in some cases were almost half! We had no need to worry. I am not planning to move anytime soon, but if I were, I would not hesitate to use Simply Removals again and would highly recommend them. ~ DAVID T

Liam and Shaun were fantastic. They were friendly, professional and respectful. They made great suggestions and decisions to keep our belongings safe and secure. They packed, labelled and loaded carefully and very quickly! At our new house, they unloaded into the appropriate rooms and it has made unpacking so easy for us. I would definitely recommend. The removal team came nice and early with two large lorries. The team worked hard and were excellent at their jobs. They had loaded the lorries by lunchtime and after lunch drove the lorries to our new home nearby. They unloaded and place all our furniture in the right areas and reassembled items that needed to be dismantled in transit. They finished the unloading by 5pm and we were all moved in successfully. A thoroughly good service I would definitely recommend. ~ Graham H

Absolutely first class! Craig was very responsive in answering our questions and making the arrangements. Sean lead the team on both days - he's friendly, professional and had everything under control from the moment he arrived. Two of them did the packing on the first day and then there was a team of four to unload at the other end - all done with no fuss and respect for our property. What a find! ~ Gareth L

Excellent service. Prompt response to all my contacts. I packed my stuff myself and they sent all necessary materials for packing the next day that we close contract. Everything on-line, quick and easy. Guys arrived my home on time and did a great job, very kind and helpful. By mid-day they have left my new house, leaving everything in perfect condition. I used these chaps for my move from Bristol to Aberdeen, they were very professional & curteous, all the staff were very polite and extremely hardworking. The boss himself was helping this day and he was very hardworking too! We offered the team a tip at the end of the day and they were very reluctant to take it, true gents! It was the day that I was dreading moving my father to his new home. I now that he wasn't looking forward to it either ! But if it wasn't for Rocco it would have been.. Such a great young man an asset to the company who is worth his weight in gold ! A fantastic experience today. The 3 lads who arrived were calm and proffesional and made me relax. They were right on time and worked so well together. We used Simply Removals to move our 2 bed flat recently. Liam & Ant were professional, friendly & flexible, as well as being on time. We had some last minute hiccups with our seller but Liam & Ant remained patient with us & kept in touch throughout the day. This was the first time we have ever used a removal company , we have changed location to many times to remember over 40 years. The two men arrived on time and were cheerful and helpful from the outset. Although it was a short move , we had a full three bed house, garden and garage but they took it all in their stride.
